Freight and Payment information
FREIGHT
FFM Fabrication offers flat rates to all Australian states using TOLL freight.
Customers can also organise their own freight. Once a product is purchased and the pick up option is selected the order will be processed and we will wait to hear from the customer about their freight options.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made with credit card or direct debit. A surcharge is attached to purchases using credit card.

Return Policy & FFM Airbox Warranty
RETURN POLICY
On receiving an order, the customer has 7 days to contact FFM Fabrication to discuss if there are any issues. After 7 days of receiving their will be no obligation for FFM Fabrication to refund the product.
FFM AIRBOX WARRANTY
FFM Airboxes are covered for manufacturing faults within 12 months of purchase.
Should there be what FFM Fabrication deems a manufacturing fault within the warranty period we will offer to repair, replace or refund depending on your circumstances and the fault itself.
In the event of a claim, you should contact your place of purchase within the warranty period.
Privacy Policy
FFM Fabrication collects personal data for checkout reasons and is not shared with any other database. If a customer chooses to be notified of news and exclusive offers then their information is only on FFM Fabrications database.
